What to Expect

Join us for the first Real Estate Roundtable, a small, invitation-only gathering for local real estate agents.

Most agents regularly connect with people inside their own brokerage, office, or caravan. Real Estate Roundtable gives you a chance to expand that circle, hear fresh perspectives, and build relationships with agents you may not normally meet.

This won’t be a formal presentation or a typical networking event. It will be an open, collaborative conversation where everyone has a chance to contribute, exchange ideas, and learn from what other agents are seeing in the market.

Buyer and listing needs

Come ready to share what you’re currently working on, including:

  • Active buyers and what they’re searching for
  • Current, upcoming, or coming-soon listings
  • Neighborhoods or property types where you need more insight
  • Client or transaction challenges you’d like to discuss

Together, we’ll look for potential buyer and listing matches, share local knowledge, and identify ways agents in the room may be able to support one another.

What else we’ll cover

The conversation will also include:

  • Timely market insights you can use with buyers and sellers
  • Strategies agents are using in today’s market
  • Fresh ideas from professionals outside your usual circle
  • Current client and transaction challenges

Because this is our first gathering, your feedback will help shape what these events become. We want future roundtables to focus on the conversations, resources, and ideas that are most useful to the agents in the room.

Our team will guide the discussion, share relevant mortgage and market insight, and follow up on the buyer needs, listings, ideas, and potential matches discussed during the event.

We’re keeping the guest list intentionally small so everyone has time to participate, share, and get to know the other agents in the room.

Reserve your spot and come ready to share what you’re working on, hear new perspectives, and become part of a stronger local agent community.

Food and beverages provided.
